I am Dutch with 2 children (6 + 5 years old), my husband is English and I have been living in the UK for 15 years or so. I have tried to speak as much Dutch as I can to my children from birth but I struggle with my Dutch. My English is really my first language although my Dutch is my mother tongue.
I do want to continue with it and I thought what might help is to meet up with other Dutch families so they can be exposed to Dutch a bit more. Any suggestions welcome.
