Hi all don't know if anyone will know anything about this but I'm going back to college in september hopefully to do an access to university course. I'm then hoping to go to Uni to do midwifery! I'm on income support and I get tax credits and child benefit also but does anyone know if I'd have an extra financial support whilst at college? I'm worrying about childcare and transport etc. Any info would be appreciated! Thank you!

I would talk to your college to see what's available. Their admissions team will have a specialist on finances who can give you the most up to date information.

You could also try reposting this in Education or Chat.

Congratulations on getting onto a course!

Might be worth looking at the 'student parents' section as well.

Good luck on your course, what would you like to study at uni?

Thanks! I'm hoping to do midwifery! Gonna be hard but I figured worth it in the long run!
