Our ds has just discovered there is a world out there beyond his x box and the friends on our street and it quite a shock to my dh and I!!! He has become friendly with another young man at school who goes out and about alot. We are trying to negotiate a time to be in on school nights and weekends. Its not going well. He has been half an hour late two nights on the run. I gave him some money to get some credit for his phone last night but he didn't get any saying the shop was shut and now he is out tonight with his new friends and his mobile is in his bedroom. I remember worrying when my children were little, that is nothing to this. He is in the next town at the cinema and has phoned to ask if he can stay over night at his friends. I said no, we would talk and maybe tomorrow. He just seems to have changed overnight, there is something about what he is saying that I don't believe and I have never felt this before. We had a wonderful relationship and he is a lovely person but something is not right??? Help please.
