Hello, I have it and I have a 7 year old daughter and am 7 months pregnant with another little girl.

I'm finding it very hard as I stopped taking all my medication as soon as I found out I was pregnant.
Last night I was in so much pain I was nearly crying and today I can barely move off the sofa.
My daughter is a little superstar and really helps me and she is going to be a brilliant big sister.

I'm dreading how I'm going to cope with a baby, but I'm sure I'll manage somehow.

I don't suffer from this but my mum's best friend's husband does (keeping up?!) and I have been learning how debilitating this condition is - I can't imagine how you cope and wish you all the best.

I have this and have 3 children. I have no idea how I manage with it but atm I am not in constant pain.

I have it among other things and a 19 month old son. None of the meds have been affective for me but I am starting acupuncture at the end of the month.

How do I cope? Some days just barely. My worst flair days my son and I watch a lot of Cbeebies and he plays by himself. He's actually very good at playing by himself.

I find the fibro fog to be harder to deal with than the pain as I forget things. So I keep a careful appointment book and lists upon lists.

It also helps that he usually goes to daycare 1.5 days a week. I say usually as he has D&V this week! And I'm flairing, so lots of sofa time for both of us.

I think it is important to remember to no try to do too much in one day. Take things slowly and rest as and when you can.
