Three years ago you wrote in a thread about your twins who started loosing Russian words when they started going to an English nursery at 19 months. You said that they were not saying much, in either languages, for a while.
Could you please let me know how long it lasted before they started speaking again (in either of the languages)?
My son has speech delay and exactly the same thing happened to him when he started nursery at 18 months. He lost the few words he had learned in our mother language and it took him long time to start saying any new words. He is still behind his peers when it comes to speech, so I was wondering how the things went with your twins.
