Can I compost Popli liners if just wet?

Does anyone know if Popli liners will compost (if just wet not pooey)? I usually wash and reuse them a few times first but am wondering if I can give up on the bin altogether

Why couldn't they compost with poo on them too? Flush all you can down the loo and compost whats left.

Anyway, they say they are just cellulose so should compost fine.
