how do I get my DD back to usual routines?

My DD (2yrs) has been ill with flu.
She has hardly eaten a bite since last Weds, has been sitting in front of TV almost non-stop and has been sleeping in our bed.
Aargh, she used to be such a poppet - a great sleeper, good eater and restricted TV.
We let things slip while she was poorly.
Now we are struggling to get her to stay in her own bed.
She goes into a right tizz when TV is limited.
But, most worryingly, I can't get to her to eat. I'm trying to tempt her with all her usual favourites, and have resorted to any old junk (biscuits, cakes, sweets) in the hope we can get some energy into her so that we can start getting back to normal. But she will hardly eat anything - a mouthful or maybe two every day?!

My theory is that once she has some energy, we can go out to the park or do some active playing that will, in turn, improve her appetite to her usual foodstuffs and meal routines.
I know that she will eat when she is hungry, but am worried that her health has improved but her appetite is still non-existent.
On the good side, she is drinking gallons, although only wee-ing about once or twice a day!
Help,please!
