Hiya im looking for some advice about my 32mth old daughter who doesnt talk she knows about 10words in total and these are hard to understand. She is also very clumsy she didnt start walking until she was 14mths and all shes done since then is fall down. She makes noises all the time, hates getting new shoes to the point where she wont walk in them. She has awful tantrums over nothing which even her playgroup have picked up on.Shes like jekyl and hyde can be screaming 1 min and act as though nothings happened the next min. When she was smaller she was fascinated by her hands she would constantly stare at them.Shes always spinning around now im just wondering if im reading too much into it

Hi Hayleymarie, might be worth posting this in the "SN Children" bit as well, as that's where most of the mums with children with SEN are?

From what you say, I think it's worth a chat with your health visitor/GP. It's impossible for anyone on here to say whether your dd is on the autism spectrum or not, or might have other possibilities (dyspraxia perhaps if she is not very co-ordinated) but there's a few things that might point to it, yes, I'd say?

I'm on the autism spectrum myself Smile And dyspraxic. We can do ok.
