Toilet training seats

Have bought one for DD from mothecare but it is too small to fit snugly on any toilet seat and I'm sure it's not helping DD do the business with it flopping about! Am I missing something?

Does it have wing things underneath that you could move to a differant setting that changes the size?
I know I have one that does, and one that doesnt, it is just a solid ring that fits fairly well in the full size toilet seat. Hope this makes sence to you!

Contact the company you purchased from, like you say it is not going to help at all if it is going to cause upset to a child, it would be scarey having a wriggly toilet seat over a deep watery hole to a kiddie.

I'm on my 3rd go at buying a trainer seat and I've cracked it, it has a step and the seat bit goes right onto the bowl so it doesn't wobble.

Ds has decided he likes his 3 in 1 seat behind the curtain where he always goes to do his poo, but I figure we'll solve that later.
