Has anybody had a problem getting product from NatureBabies?

I used their wraps with dd and loved them ordered one of their new essential wraps for ds 6 weeks ago and haven't received it and now can't raise them on email or on the phone.

I really liked these ones because they fit really well but should this not materialise can anybody recommend similar type for me to try as a replacement?

I know they were closed over Christmas/New Year and since then have got really busy especially with overseas orders (£ making them a good price vs Eu), but am sure they will get back to you shortly.

Yes, I had a similar problem. When I finally got in touch with them I was advised that they'd been extremely busy and my email had slipped their notice. I'd keep trying to phone if I were you - they are not in the office on Fridays btw. It's a small company (I pick up my nappies from their factory as I live nearby) and they aren't in the office full time. Hope this helps :)
