Can you tumble dry bamboo?

I'm looking at some nappies that have a bamboo insert, but in bad weather I have to tumble my nappies and I don't know if I can tumble bamboo fibre. Does anyone know? Thanks

Thanks, I'll buy them and give them a go. I used to have bamboo nappies but didn't have a tumbler then. Where I live now I wouldn't manage without t and didn't want to buy them and then promptly ruin them! Thanks!
