I'm on my work placement and have found a very good job and its in london.i'm starting work next week but i have a problem...i live in northwest at the moment so i planed to leave my five year old with my mum for six month as its difficult to move her to london and find a school and etc...I planed to come back every friday after work and stay untill sunday to see her. the problem is her dad's
saying that he should look after her as he's the father but he's not suitable as he's up to no good at the moment.
All this means that if i leave her with my mum he will get a resident order and will take her away from me or i could move her to london as well but there are money issues :( i dont know what to do and i only got a week to decide!!

Can you find another job closer to home?

i personally wouldn't risk losing custody of my child. What do you mean when you say he's up to no good? If it's something awful then I don't see how you can take the risk that he could get residency - although would he if whatever he is doing is that bad?

Hmmm....I see today is decision day.

what is he up to that is no good?
if its ilegal then you could report him first so he stands no chance of getting custody?
