Carpet

My DS has just strted to crawl and I'm concerned that the chafing on his knees may be due to our carpet.

We have a Wool/Polypropolene (70/30) blend and whilst i'm aware of the stain resistant qualities of polypropolene i think this may be the problem.

My DH think im being silly and says that he gets carpet burns on his knees too but i cant help thinking that a 100% wool carpet would be less abrasive on my DS's soft skin.

Putting him in hardwearing trousers or dungareres would be cheaper than replacing the carpet.
