anyone doing OU MBA or MSc in Human Resource Management?

Just wondered if there was anyone out there working towards either of these degrees.

I am currently studying Strategic Human Resource Management after completing Fundamentals of Senior Management, Strategy and Managing Knowledge. I have a 3 year old and 3 month old so it can be a bit of a struggle to fit it all in. I plan to take a couple of years off work and see if I can complete both degrees

I'm doing the MBA, hopefully in my last year, am wading through 2 modules (B822 Creativity, and B830, the EBI). You'll probably see me on the procrastination threads over the next few weeks, as have 2 TMAs due in January!

I almost chose Managing Knowledge, but didn't in the end, was it any good?

I enjoyed Managing Knowledge as very related to my work and it was the first module I did back in 2006. Got the OU bug then and decided to continue with the MBA in 2007. Looking back I think I would have found it easier and it would have made more sense if I had done it after Fundamentals and Strategy.

I have heard that Creativity and Innovation is very good. EBI? is this Making a Difference? I hope to do the last compulsory HR module next and then double up with Psychometrics and Making a Difference in November with a view to completing the MBA/MSc in Nov 2012. What's it like doing two modules at the same time? Do you do the face-to-face versions or the online ones? I have done both, prefer face to face but didn't think it would be doable this time round with a newborn.

Just waiting for my first TMA score for this module and about to start my next TMA - good luck with yours
