Probably better to start on something lighter like gauze or organza.

TrillianAstra · 03/01/2011 17:45

It doesn't even have to be pureed, just cooked until soft.

LOL at title!

I used to cook veg like swede, carrots etc. in potato and mash it all together. Was fine.

SoupDragon · 03/01/2011 19:03

LOL @ suede. Thank you for making me laugh :o

Shallishanti · 03/01/2011 19:06

earwicga · 03/01/2011 19:10

Oh, just noticed the age. I didn't wean mine until much later.

catinthehat2 · 03/01/2011 19:11

Genuine LOL ,hooted at this one Grin

NorbertDentressangle · 03/01/2011 19:12

Swede has a slightly bitter taste to some people so you may want to add a sweeter veg and blend like sweet potato, carrot or parsnip.
