My DS has been in cloth nappies for 10 weeks and all was fine until last week when a heat/sweat rash appeared on his tummy. Sudocream doesn't seem to have any effect and I've always used Ecover laundry liquid. Any advise as to how to treat this rash? It's not nappy rash as we've had that and the Sudocream worked well.
