I have been watching a few of the Baby Whisperer programmes on Sky (Tracy Hogg)and have been surprised to find them quite useful...but has anyone used the bottle she suggests for breastmilk (or formula presumeably) that simulates the boob and cuts down wind. If so where did you get one from? I have completely forgotten it's name and when I did look it up a few weeks ago on the net it seemed to be only available in the US. It's name begins with M I think... Incidently does anyone else think that she is quite good or is it the comfort of watching others having problems that makes the programme successful?!

Hi, I have been watching it too, and I have to say I was quite impressed with some of the things she has done, especially sorting out sleep problems for desperate parents. I was watching with my DD (17) and she was amazed, but also told me I should become a baby whisperer! (I have a knack with babies, but think it is just experience and the fact that they are not my own makes it easier!)

The feeding system is called the Haberman Feeder and you can get it mail order from her website. I was thinking of getting one to help my bf mums move to the bottle when they bring their babies to me for looking after.

Having seen how she helped one mum get her screamimg baby to take this bottle I was very impressed and wished it had been around 17 years ago for my own DD who never ever took a bottle.

I promptly ordered both her books from Amazon and read them both cover to cover, I think there is a lot of common sense in them, but learned a few tricks to use on my new babies!
