What Parental Control system is better

As my ds is getting older I need to think seriously about installing the Parental Controls on the PC. Up to now the only thing he has played has been Cbeebies website. Vista comes with a Parental Control package, so does my Norton 360, and I could also use something like Net Nanny. Any advice on which one is the best. Thanks.

We use K9. DH is an IT teacher and said this is the best. Free too.

Vista's Family Safety Filter (it's an update to the existing parental controls) is working very well here. We've got more than one PC but no matter which one DCs log in to, they get the same filter settings and it's all controlled from a central website so I only have to make any changes in one place.

I've also heard good things about K9.
