Holiday suggestions with 2 year old?

We're thinking about a holiday for a week next May time with our dd who will be 21 months old when we go. We've been to Turkey before and loved it. If anyone can recommend anywhere that is not too long a flight, fairly easygoing (and not too expensive!) we'd be very grateful :)

Balearics - quiet, family friendly, and only a short flight. Gorgeous in May and not wildly expensive! (Obviously not Ibiza...)
