i have brought 15 sam i am nappies of ebay only cost me a fiver the problem is some of the velcro doesnt seam to work and on half of them the elastic on one side of the legs has gone do u think they are beyond repaire ??

You should complain to the seller.

they said in the description that they have a few stains but might come out but nothing about the elastic

Yes, complain to the seller (politely) that the nappies do not meet the description.

I have found most sellers to be very helpful in solving problems like this - afterall, they don't want you to leave them negative feedback!
