Just wondererd if I am the only one with this problem.

My son has been dry a night for the past 6 months, which took us a while.

Since starting school 3 weeks ago he has totally regressed to wetting the bed twice a night.

As it took us such along time before to train him I feel that we are back to square one again. Will he ever be dry?

My ds isn't 5 yet, but I've heard from other parents that is a particular problem with boys as they have less self control than girls. If he is stressed or worried about something, then he will wet his bed. All you can do is not to make a big deal of it, put a mattress protector on the bed or something. Also ask the teachers how he is at school. I'll bet that once he settles down at school he'll be dry again.

Expect regressions like this, my dd (5) will sometimes have accidents herself and be sent home from school in a borrowed pair of trousers!

i think its VERY common for children to start wetting again when they start at school

dd wet the bed almost every night for 3 weeks when she started school then it stopped and she hasn't wet the bed since then (well over a year)
