Am particularly concerned that they might take a long time to dry - I haven't got a tumble drier and tenancy agreeement means no ceiling airer so I will have to radiator / clothes line dry nappies. Any feedback on these ones would be appreciated.

Yes the Little Lambs bamboo nappies will take a long time to dry. Do they do a microfibre version? They will dry much quicker. Lollipop nappies are identical in design to Little Lambs, but their wraps are better and Lollipop do 2 microfibre versions which are quick drying. The Micro is slim fitting, quick drying, absorbent enough fr daytime but definitely wouldn't be absorbent enough for overnight. The softee is very absorbent, quick drying, possibly the cutest nappy ever, but a bit more bulky. I would go with softees, or micros for daytime and softees for night time.

I use Little Lamb microfibre nappies on DS, have since birth (now 2y) They've lasted well.

BIL/SIL use the bamboo version and they do take an age to dry. If you have enough of them and a heat source (open fire, log burner, aga!) then I think it's ok.

Microfibre dries really quickly, but it can retain smells- we get round this by rinsing them in cold water, using a tiny amount of washing powder, and a swig of vinegar in the fabric conditioner drawer. No smells!

We really didn't get on with the LL wraps- the label on the outside wicked onto his clothes, so we use Motherease Airflow wraps, which are sized S, M, L, XL.

Hope that helps- sounds so complex but isn't really!

Hi - I have used the normal towelling little lamb nappies, size 1. They need changing every 2 hrs or so and I too find the wraps "leak" very easily. Again I have gotten around this by using Motherease wraps as the rest of my nappies are Motherease one size.
Re Drying - they take 2 days to dry on my indoors clothes airer.
