What is the best night time nappy

My DD has been in cloth since she was 2 months old, we use fuzzis and flips during the day. We were using bambino mios during the night which worked really well. She has just turned one but is only 16lb and has been waking up each morning for the last 3/4 days soaking wet. Could I get some advice on a good absorbent night time nappies please.
I HATE her being in disposables (they smell bad).

Many thanks

most disposables smell awful except Moltex, which are mostly biodegradable. They are great and very absorbent.

No advice on reusables, since I have never used them.

I am using some old style bamboozles from Tots Bots with a Motherease Rikki wrap on DD2 who is a heavy wetter.
I have two of the new Bamboozle stretchies as well but they are new so I'm just getting them washed and up to full absorbancy.
I think two parters work best for DD2 at night. I tried stuffing pocket nappies with loads of inserts but none were keeping her dry all night.
As they are bamboo I put in a fleece liner to make it feel a bit drier next to her skin. (plus either a bamboo or microfibre booster)
I've tried a wool wrap too but I'm not completely convinced.
The Rikki wrap is bomb proof!
My friend also highly recommends Ella's house bumhuggers as a night nappy but I don't have first hand experience of them. You need a wrap over them too.

I think the Itti Bitti Boo is really good as a night nappy - feels lovely and looks good too. Bbest with a wool wrap over the top, if not a Motherease Rikki or Airflow, or Nature babies classic wrap.

I second the Ella's house bumhuggers. I put extra hemp inside mine and it's not too bulky.

i use a minki huggle nappy with a booster and a small ikea towel between that and a minki fleece wrap! it's a lot but ds is 2 and a half! good luck-it's a nightmare having to wash everything everyday. when he was one i used the tots bots bamboo nappies with a fleece wrap or me rikki wrap.

WeeNotions Night Notions have worked best for my DS (18mo. now). They're quite pricey, but really worth the money. I especially like the bamboo ones with cuddlesoft lining in mocha (brown) - no stains, very soft and after many months use they still get out of the wash as good as new.
IMHO, there's no need to get any fancy emroidery on nappies, as no one sees them under the wrap anyway... makes the thing a lot cheaper Wink

Thank you so much everybody. I got hold of some ellas house nappies and they have done one night with no leaking so hopefully we're fixed. She has been a bit poorly so fluids were down. Fingers crossed for tonight.
