So I'm referencing Henry Mintzberg in 1971 within an OU book which is bizarrly 2011

So I think the book is

The Open University, Managing and managing people, Open University, Milton Keynes, 2011 p18-19

But do I put Mintzberg in the reference list or just in text?

I seem to remember from my OU days, that you put Mintzberg in the reference list - Mintzberg (date), as quoted in Managing and managing people, etc.
