Am just starting my course and we are all introducing ourselves - about few of the people on the course are doing 2 courses at once. I didnt realise you could do that but it must be hard work!

Sure you can. Depends how big the course is as to whether I'd want to or not!

I wouldn't do 2 60 pointers but you can in theory do up to 120 points in a year.

Good luck with your course [hsmile]

I did 3 courses overlapping, you have to be sure of how much time you can commit, you can also apply to do more than 120 points a year if you have good reason.

I also found I couldn't work to OU schedule I had to work in TMA relevant blocks & work out my own deadlines to ensure everything was done properly.

I am down to 7 hours a week study now from 40 at one point - I am so lost and can now choose my own books until January

I think it depends how much time you ave available/want to spend doing your course work.

I have just finished a 60 point course, which although all tutors said it was a very time consuming course, I managed well with. So I have just started a 30 point, and will be starting a 60 point in feb, with an overlap from feb - june. I recieved really positive comments about my ability to manage this from my last tutor so that has given me confidence.

I don't think I would take on 2 60 pointers at the same time though.
