Silver Cross Linear Freeway Mattress

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone else had experience of using this pram system. DP and put it up the other night as a practice and we don't think that there is anywhere to tuck a sheet into the pram liner/mattress? Although it says that liner/mattress is washable, I really want to put a sheet down in case of any dribbles etc. and think it would be softer.

Does anyone have one of these? Did you just not use a sheet?

Thanks

I don't recall my linear freeway having a mattress. Confused

I just laid a soft cotton blanket down before I laid baby on top of it. Has it got warmer I replaced the blanket with a folded muslin which I popped under his head.

Hi! I have a Silvercross Linear pram - have had it for nearly 4 years now. I have the mattress and the washable cover that came with it. Basically to stop any dribbles we put in two muslin squares folded on top of it so as not to have to keep washing the cover of the mattress (am sure it's only hand-washable).

Not sure if it's the same one, but we had the Silver Cross Sleepover on a linear chassis. DD slept on that mattress for 2 months when it was in Moses Basket mode, and we put a fitted crib sheet on. However, I have washed the mattress cover in the machine on a gentle cycle several times (and the rest of the pram fabrics), which came out fine.

Thanks for your help - think I'll just stick down a blanket/ muslin underneath. Reassuring to know it washes well.
