Am I overfeeding DS3?

Hi!

Just want to know really if DS is getting too much food. Here is a quick example.

AT he childminders he gets;

Breakfast 7.30 a.m: Cereal and toast

Lunch 11.30 a.m: Stew + fruit or jacket potato, cheese and beans (that kind of thing)

Tea/snack: Chicken sandwich + fruit or scrambled egg etc..

Then I give him another hot dinner at around 6.15 p.m e.g chicken & bacon pasta, spaghetti bolognaise and a yoghurt after.

Just wondered as after reading a few posts some people seem to be of the opinion that if they have tea at nursery they don't need dinner in the evening?

I wouldn't worry about the amount he eats but maybe google percentile charts for 3 year olds if you are concerned.

My 2 year old eats like a hourse but is actually below the very bottom percentile. I've no idea where she puts it all but she obviously needs it.

Sounds like he has a wonderful appetite! If he is happy, active and sleeps well then I really don't think you need to be concerned.
