bumgenius washing mistake

Hi, my housesitter tried to help me out by washing our bumgenius nappies I'd hidden in the washing maching. She washed them with bold 2 in 1. I've run them through without any powder and they didn't seem soapy. Does anyone know if they will be damaged or if there is something I should do?

Think Bold is ok isn't it? It's clay based so not so much of a problem as other washing powders. Have you tried them?

Yes Bold is the only one that's ok to use. It will have made them softer. If she used a full dose, a couple of rinses will clear the excess I should think.

Thank you for your responses. Not tried them as yet, they are drying at the moment. Will give one a go later. I'm hoping it is more a continued use of the wrong powder rather than a one off that stuffs them up.

You can use Bold 2-in 1 continually it won't hurt them.
