being dim, have googled but not sure wrt car seat.

sorry - sleep deprived/pnd addled brain!

Ds1 has to go to the garage with dh tomorrow by bus so they won't be able to take the booster seat. Is it okay to just take the booster cushion? I mean legally. Obv, I would always prefer him to use the seat.

How old is he? If over 3 I think it's fine (legally) to sit on just a booster cushion for a short journey where no other option is available.

Someone else might know different though.

he would have to be over 15kgs for the booster seat so if he is a large 4 year old he should be fine.
