Quick help needed - DS1 is 3.5, his cousin who is 7.5 has come to visit for a week. What can we do that is entertaining for both of them - it's raining and the forecast is bad for the next 3 days Shock

Thanks, I'm running out of ideas.

DD is 4.5 DS is 7.5 On rainy days at home othblove playdough, making camps out of blankets, junk modeling, baking, making films and taking photos of each other, playing shops etc. Is 7yr old cousin a boy or a girl? DS is still quite happy to play with 4yr old sister and doesnt find her games too babyish.

7 Yr old loves bowling but 4 yr old gets a bit bored. Both love swimming and soft play Cinema good for 7 yr old, 4 yr old a bit hit and miss. It hard in the rain isnt it? puddle jumping?

Both are boys, and they both adore each other and play well together so it's great. But all toys in the house are more for younger ones. DS is very enthusiastic when you make suggestions, DC a litte less but once you start he gets into things.

Baking might be a good idea today, the biscuit tin is empty Smile.

DS is 7.5 and he still plays for hours with wooden train set, Duplo, playdough with younger sister and when we visit younger friends.
Hide and seek if your house has enough spaces.

Make them a den with covers and chairs (get them to help). Then give them a snack to take into it. They can take games and things in.
