I would prefer a non visible piercing like that rather than ears or faces, to be honest.

If they're going to do it, they may as well do it while they're young and flat of tummy. I had one done when I was 25 and never really felt I got the full use out of it iyswim. And at least it doesn't show. But then my dds are only 4 and 2, ask me again when they're 15 and I can see I might think differently.

Not while I have breath in my body. I really don't like them but feel lucky that DD is only 9 at the moment.
I forseee big arguments coming.

Piercings (other than ears) and tattoos I have v strong feelings about. NOT UNDER MY ROOF!!

greaseistheword · 08/10/2010 19:53

i would not mind.i had mine done when i was 16 and have had many other piercings since.they can be taken out and the hole will close up if she finds she doesnt like it in the future.

Panzee · 08/10/2010 19:59

The hole may close up but the scar never goes. At least mine never has 15 years later. It was also the only place I got stretch marks, and it looked terrible during/after pregnancy.
