Oh it is so heartbreaking but I saw DS (almost 3) being called stupid and being pushed at a party today by a couple of kids he goes to playgroup with. He then wandered off and played on his own for the rest of the afternoon.
He always seems to be on his own at playgroup too - the staff say his choice - but the mum of one of the brats kids has said before that they have formed a little gang and exclude others (she seemed quite proud of this 
).
I know i am maybe being pfb (also have 2mo DS) but he has a speech delay and has zero confidence with other little boys his age. This just doesn't help.
I want to ask playgroup again if this happens there, but I am so upset that I don't want to see these kids again - he has enough to deal with without being called 'stupid'.
At 2 years old!!
