DS three running away when we are out and about

He has taken to running off when we are out and not responding when I tell him to stop anymore. He thinks it is funny. I have explained it a number of times and end up just putting him in the pram when he does it.

Any ideas on how I can get him to stop this? I am scared to let him out of the pram to walk incase he has an accident.

Reins.

Agree with Silvery Moon - use reins. How old is he?

I was going to say reins too. Or a Little Lite. DS is 2yr4months. He gets told he will be put back in the pram if he keeps running away. But I never take that risk on the streets and only let him loose in parks, squares etc.

Another vote for reins here - if he doesn't like them, then he'll have too learn not to run off!

I did his with DS. Reins. Only had to drag him to the shops once with the reins on to cure him of the habit!!
