Waterproof change bags?

Okay, so exactly nappies but very closely related!

Can anyone recommend a waterproof change bag that I can get before winter really sets in?

Of course that should read 'so not exactly nappies'.

I need ice cream.

Well, it's not a change bag per se, but I use a North Face messenger bag - fully waterproof, robust and discounted here. I use washables and there's loads of room in it.
