hitting a wall at 8 months

has anyone else had an experience of hitting a wall; PND / tiredness/ depression and feeling flat generally; like a build up of tiredness.also the reality of having a child kicking in, and how did you cope....fish oils helped so far with PND but not touching this!

I did Mopsera, well it was more like 9 months for me.

Hang on in there and you will get through it, seek help be it medical/emotional or whatever.

DD is now 10 months and I feel a lot better, hopefully you will soon too. When you see them start to crawl and cruise around etc it melts your heart, even if it does knacker you even more from running around after them!
