Early morning flight- what to do?

We are flying tomorrow at 6am, therefore, have to leave home at around 3.30am and will be ordering a cab to get us to the airport. Our DD is 21 months and normally wakes up around 8 am. WOuld you try to wake her up at 3, would you try NOT to wake her up and just take her in the sleeping bag and carry to the cab and then hope she doesn't wake up during the cab ride? What to do with the morning feed- she is still breastfed in the morning? ANd what would you take on the plane for entertainment for a 21 month old? Sorry for so many questions, we fly with her very often, it's just it's the first time it's so early and I am suddenly getting very concerned.

i normally jsut bundle my dd into the cab in her pajamas and have clothes to change her into at the airport if needed - or put her to bed in leggings and t shirt that can be worn if necessary on plane. I usually only wake her about 5 minutes before we go (if she doesnt wake up with us!)
I have some smoothies, bananas etc with me for breakfast if needed
Usually my dd wakes up at some point, and then falls asleep on the plane, or has a nap on other side of journey.
take stickers, books, playdough, postitnotes - my dd loves sticking these all over the seats (!) some crayons - just small little things, lots of snacks and juices
I guess you could just breastfeed your dd when needed ......
