I have been a pretty crap mum for the past few months, as I have been having a miserable pregnancy and I am so tired all the time. But this afternoon I really surpassed myself.
We took a long roll of paper (wall paper liner from B&Q) drew around DD and then using fabric, wool, tissue paper etc, we made a life sized version of DD. Crafting with a 3 year old is pretty stressful, and was hard not to be controlling when she wanted to stick things in places they shouldn't be stuck but DD seemed to enjoy herself and it lasted for longer than I though (most of my ideas usually take hours of planning and then last about 10 minutes!)
Just wanted to share, am very proud of myself. However have no retired to the sofa and my back is killing me. My stint as super mum is over
