I don't do "parenting" books but had to read this as part of a training course and it is brilliant I just wanted to recommend. Esp to parents who are working on generating a more empathetic, humane quality in their children. The author is a practitioner and it is just written so beautifully imo.

"First thing I did when I read this book: I contacted the author to tell her how great her book was! She responded the very next day with a very nice comment. This woman has a great mind and her sharing it through writing is a true present.
I've read lots of books on education, especially on positive education since My husband and I educate our child with a non-violent respectful approach. This one is different. It is way more global as an approach. It shows how to be kind and therefore teach kindness to your children with a greater view at the end: teaching kindness is feeding the world with kindness.
All parents with an interest in positive education and respect of nature should buy and read this book. It really makes you want to change and enact her vision of humanity. Deep and lovely."

I just wanted to share a review from Amazon as it conveys exactly what I wanted to communicate about this book. I am not the author I promise! Grin but honestly thing it will help parents in a really positive way.
