I have a batch of these and the nappies are ok (the microfibre ones) although not my favourite, but the wraps are rubbish, leaking both through PUL and at the binding.
I've emailed them twice - no response. Phone (mobile only) goes to automated message, "it has not been possible to connect your call - please try later".
Are they actually still in business? Seems pretty poor customer service.
