HELP! 2yo torn apart a carbon monoxide detector square - is it dangerous?

One of those white square things with a peachy coloured powder circle in the middle.

It was out of her reach and behind a gate, but she still managed.

I am really worried, she thought it was a sticker and it is all over her hands, which she has rubbed on her jumper, her face and her hair.

Can anyone tell me what they are made of? I am worried she is poisoned?
