CM-Cancellation of registration by Ofsted

Our CM has had her registration cancelled. The letter is very vague and only says that she is no longer suitable to remain registered. There is a number to call and speak to someone but I am unsure I am going to get any more information that what the letter says.

Does anyone know why a CM would be unsuitable to remain registered?

If she forgot to fill in her paperwork?
Honestly, I strongly suspect that it could be as simple as that.
I'd approach the CM directly whilst attempting to ring that number, too.

Google her name... if she's done anything terribly wrong it will have made it into local papers!

She's been suspended pending "investigation" since Feb. We had social services here asking about her and everything. She said a child in her care got a black eye and mum rang Ofsted. At first I believed it all to be innocent, now...not so much.

It could easily be a false accusation, an over-reacting parent with unrealistic expectations. You really have to go with your your gut feelings. Do you honestly think this CM would haul off and hit a child in a pique of temper, or is it more likely a freak accident? I'd at least ask CM for her side of the story.
