DS has always enjoyed his food abit like his mummy :-) But recently he has been spitting out every mouth full i give him he has become fussy about what he wants, this has just happend ova past 2 days.
He does usually have crisps and a few treats after his dinner but thats all he seems to want, spits the dinner out but will eat them. I dont want him to get that way, i have always made fresh meals when i can and he loves pasta and veg and meats which are all goos for him today he ate sum chopped up melon and banana but didnt want his pasta which he usually loved. He has also gone off his spag bol which is his fave.

Any one else found the same with their DC??
Could this just be a phase and his way of testing to see what he can get away with??

teething? DD always did this when teething - she'd put the food in happily enough, but somehow it must have hurt to chew or something. It didn't last :)

I'd drop the crisps and treats while you can still get away with it, he doesn't need them, and doesn't need a taste for them. I doubt he's testing you at this age

Thanx drivingmisscrazy.

That makes sense it sure could be the problem, he has 14 teeth altoghter now but iv noticed 2 back ones trying to break through, never thort it could be that thats making him spit out.
Prob why he enjoyed the melon soo much nice and cool and soothing for him perhaps.
Thanks

yeah, DD loves melon when she's teething too. 14 teeth already! must be feeding him right! DD is 19mo and has (I think) 13 with one on the way. Best to get it over with
