Stopped steralising - now has sore throat..

is he otherwise ok, if it was sterilising or lack of it that was the cause I would think he would be quite unwell, prob just a bug.

nope, I reckon not. I mean, unless he's got some incredible sensitivities which you'd have noticed before.

The average spritely 11 month old is well accustomed to filth anyway, ime...

no .. hoarse throat = virus
not sterilising more likely to lead to gastrointestinal problems

No temp though and he doesn't seem to be in any discomfort except during the night...as usual only monkey juice will suffice! We're buying a dish washer next week as I'm a bit paranoid about DP's enthusiastic but slapdash approach to washing up. I got him to read RTKangaMummy?s ?no need to sterilize? thread with the importance of hot water but, as mentioned in another thread, at the beginning of the month he reverts to his factory settings and still gives them a wipe with a dirty tepid cloth the knacker.
