I particularly like the advice about how Blue Peter once showed us how to help children 'hibernate for the summer' by putting them in a cardboard box, sealing it with sticky back plastic, decorating with glitter, popping into the airing cupboard and then the parent can jet of for a rave up in Ibiza. very very funny.
