I have come to post as I can't stop crying. I have just have to cancel a short break me and DS's were going on, just a B&B in the UK to somewhere we have never been.

DS1 is puking up and I've had to cancel due to 48hrs notice required as I can't afford to loose any £.

I know it's not his fault and we could not go with him being ill.

It was the only break we were having this whole school holiday due to lack of funds, DH was not coming as he is trying to work.

I just feel very guilty like I have let my children down about having a break. Plus the fact I keep getting txt messages from friends on holiday about what a great time they are having. Rub it in why don't you?

Am going to have to pull myself together.

Sad Could you re-book it when he's feeling better?

What a shame, can you use the B&B money to have a really great day out somewhere instead?
