sandy beach in my city centre today

The powers that be have built a sandy beach in my city centre today.

Its a nice idea; but it does need some sunshine.

I am a bit mature for building sand castles.

HAS THIS IDEA BEEN TRIED IN YOUR TOWN OR CITY CENTRE? cheers..

They do this in Brussels every year, with lots of huts selling cocktails and nice food. Tis very popular.

Yes, there's one in Nottingham.

The kids go wild for it. I do not go wild for other people's kids going wild for it.

There is one in Nottingham and it's hideous. Take all the worst aspects of a UK holiday resort and pack them into a small city centre square and bob's your uncle. Am avoiding town until it's gone
(Hoiks up bosoms and doesn't care how judgypants you all get..)
