I was walking (waddling) down town in my (late) lunch break, got to a point in a busy-ish road with a stretched S bend. I noticed a guy on a bike on the wrong side of the road; sort of riding / pushing the bike along the road ? sat on the bike but pushing along using one foot on the kerb. He then cycled to the left side of the road as he approached the start of the S bend. I had noticed that he was cycling one handed and the other had was on what looked like a bag of some sort. As he got closer it became clear it was a baby car seat with a baby in it? He was coo cooing to the baby (not looking where he was going whilst doing this) and navigating the s bend. The car seat was sticking out to his right in the road and came very close when a bus tried to overtake him. OMG.
