Bambino Mio help needed

Hi

My DD is 2yrs, I have been using the bambino mio for all this time but cannot seem to find the right fold for the large insert she looks really uncomfortable in them and they are too bulky between the legs.

Does anyone know of a fold that would help or know of anywhere to look

I've never seen a toddler fold for pre-fold only terry nappies. I have googled and can't find anything either.

Would you be better of going back to smaller prefolds?

Prefolds will shrink after a few washes, or try terries?

Are you using the size 3 prefolds? If they can't just be folded in to 3 as normal then if the length of the wrap allows then try making them look like a bow tie! You just have the nappy and twist the middle so you get flat ends at both ends and then a twisted (but flat) area in the middle.

This twist fold is called the bikini twist
