Dd creating about going to the dentist!!

My dd is 4 and last year we went to the dentist, and she point blank refused to even sit in the chair, or on my lap. Dentist said don't worry.......

Anyway, back to that time of year again and we're due to go on Wednesday, except that she's worked up about it already.

Her friend went yesterday, and I heard them chatting about it in the garden, but dd was saying "I'm not going to the dentist" .

I have two older children, and never had this before, any tips please???

Does she like Peppa pig? there is an episode on dvd about the dentist where peppa shows george how to sit in chair and say aaaaaaa! My Ds has seen it few times and really helped. Worth a try?

Don't all girls like Peppa?!! lol........... didn't think of that, I'm sure we must have that episode on one of the many dvd's.

I don't what I'm going to do with her, she's pretty determined sounding.

there's also a dora going to the dentist book and there's a charlie and lola episode on going to the dentist if any of these are favourites?
