Sleeping on tummy leading to nappy leaks

My son has taken to sleeping on his tummy, but the pressure of his bodyweight means that his nappy is now leaking at the front. I've tried Huggies and Pampers Active Fit but they both seem to leak. Any recommendations for nappies that are well padded at the front (BTW why don't nappy manufacturers make different nappies for boys and girls?)

You could try adding a booster at the front of the nappy. Either disposable like these or cloth like these
